Registration Terms
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If you provide an incorrect address, you will bear 99% of the liability. If you realize the mistake, please contact us immediately. However, once the order has shipped, we cannot update the address.
Items Damaged in Transit
If you receive an item that is visibly damaged, please accept the package and contact us within 7 working days. Provide the following evidence:
Photos of the front and back of the packaging box.
A photo, video, or screenshot of the damaged item or part of the parcel.
Our customercare team will assist you with the next steps.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packing and shipping process begins, the order cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Following products can be returned:
Faulty or damaged products due to a manufacturing defect.
If you simply change your mind or no longer wish to keep the item, you may still return it within 30 days. However, the refund will be deducted 30% by the original cost and the return shipping cost, and any additional fees we incur in delivering and receiving the item.
Returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

We will respond within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address.
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued within 2 working days.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method you selected. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 10 days to be credited to your original payment method.We appreciate your patience.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any packages lost or returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details.
Please do not accidentally include non-Itemsvalley.com items in your return package. We are not responsible for shipping these items back to you.
If you send the return package to the wrong address (other than the one customercare team provided in return mail), the processing time may be delayed.
